		<description>I agree that it would be advisable for children to do homework before going online but, at my childrens&#039; school, very little homework can be done without being online.  Teachers request assignments be presented as Word documents or PowerPoints, they suggest which websites should be researched, and homework tasks are not only set online, but have to be submitted online.</description>
