		<description>I totally agree with this blog post. As a classroom teacher I began to review individual test with the students so they can be aware of what was incorrect and my suggestions for them. I simply but a star on their paper if they “passed” the test and I left it blank if they hadn’t. However, each student knew how they performed. Then after I give all tests back we review it whole group and now since everyone has the correct answers even the “lower” performing students can join in the discussion and answer questions. I found this process to really support the student’s confidence in math (and other subjects).</description>
